1) Download necessary files. - HLDSUpdateTool
- AMX Mod X
2) Install Server.
a) First we need to create a New Folder, create this in C:\ with this name: HLDS.
b) Now open hldsupdatetool.exe and install them in D:\HLDS.
c) Now we most to create a shortcut at HldsUpdateTool.exe (from D:\HLDS – right click on icon and select ”Create Shortcut”)., now we has created a shortcut (she`s name is ” Shortcut to HldsUpdateTool.exe” ). Again right click on icon (but shortcut icon), select Propersties and at last word from Tagert we most to add next line: ”-command update -game cstrike -dir .” (without quotes but with .).
d) Now execute the Shortcut to HldsUpdateTool.exe and wait approximate 30 minutes at 1 hour (this download all file we need)
e) After download we heve the server, but now we most to install AMX Mod X for running good.
3) server.cfg.
a) First go to D:\HLDS\cstrike and there create a new file ” New Text Document.txt”
b) Copy in this file next:
a) After download AMX Mod X first most install them anywher.
b) After install he ask if we accept to run the installer, select yes, and now we click on Next button, select ”I Accept terms.” and click Next button, now we most select server type, we select ”Select mod directory” and press the Next button and now will appear a new window, first most select mod directory (we select D:\HLDS\cstrike), after at down of window most slect ”Custom game addon” there select ”Counter-Strike” and click Next button.
c) Now will appear a new window who ask ”The file libilist.gam couldn`t be found. Continue installations ?” we select yes.
d) Now we have installed AMX Mod X.
5) Start the server.
a) We most go into D:\HLDS and right click on hlds, select Create shortcut
b) Now we have ” Shortcut to hlds.exe”, right click on this and at last word from target most add next line: Code:
-console -game cstrike -pingboost 3 +sys_ticrate 1000 +heapsize 250000 -port 27015 -autoupdate +secure +sport 27014 +ip IP +maxplayers no. player +map de_dust2
c) To start the server now we just make a duble cick on Shortcut to hlds.exe.
That`s all !
Now you can start to configurate your server from: D:\HLDS\cstrke\addons\amxmodx\configs\amxx.cfg and plugins.in.

A natural disaster is the effect of a natural hazard (e.g., flood, tornado, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake, or landslide) that affects the environment, and leads to financial, environmental and human losses. The resulting loss depends on the capacity of the population to support or resist the disaster, and their resilience.[1] This understanding is concentrated in the formulation: "disasters occur when hazards meet vulnerability."[2] A natural hazard will hence never result in a natural disaster in areas without vulnerability, e.g. strong earthquakes in uninhabited areas. The term natural has consequently been disputed because the events simply are not hazards or disasters without human involvement.[3] Natural disasters which occur the movement of plate tectonics are earthquakes, volcanoes, geyser eruptions and tsunami.
Earthquakes :- An Earthquake is a sudden shake of the Earth's crust caused by the tectonic plates colliding.The vibrations may vary in magnitude. The underground point of origin of the earthquake is called the "focus". The point directly above the focus on the surface is called the"epicenter". Earthquakes by themselves rarely kill people or wildlife. It is usually the secondary events that they trigger, such as building collapse, fires, tsunamis (seismic sea waves) and volcanoes, that are actually the human disaster. Many of these could possibly be avoided by better construction, safety systems, early warning and evacuation planning.
Earthquakes are caused by the discharge of energy accumulated along geologic fault.

VOLCANIC ERUPTIONS
An Eruption may in itself be a disaster due to the explosion of the volcano or the fall of rock but there are several effects that may happen after an eruption that are also hazardous to human life.
Lava may be produced during the eruption of a volcano a material consisting of superheated rock. There are several different forms which may be either crumbly or gluey. Leaving the volcano this destroys any buildings and plants it encounters.
Volcanic ash - generally meaning the cooled ash - may form a cloud, and settle thickly in nearby locations. When mixed with water this forms a concrete like material. In sufficient quantity ash may cause roofs to collapse under its weight but even small quantities will cause ill health if inhaled. Since the ash has the consistency of ground glass it causes abrasion damage to moving parts such as engines.
Supervolcanoes : According to the Toba catastrophe theory 70 to 75 thousand years ago a super volcanic event at Lake Toba reduced the human population to 10,000 or even 1,000 breeding pairs creating a bottleneck in human evolution. It also killed three quarters of all plant life in the northern hemisphere. The main danger from a supervolcano is the immense cloud of ash which has a disastrous global effect on climate and temperature for many years.
Pyroclastic flows consist of a cloud of hot volcanic ash which builds up in the air above under its own weight and streams very rapidly from the mountain burning anything in its path. It is believed that Pompeii was destroyed by a pyroclastic flow.

FLOODS
A flood is an overflow of an expanse of water that submerges land.[1] The EU Floods directive defines a flood as a temporary covering by water of land not normally covered by water.[2] In the sense of "flowing water", the word may also be applied to the inflow of the tide. Flooding may result from the volume of water within a body of water, such as a river or lake, which overflows or breaks levees, with the result that some of the water escapes its usual boundaries.While the size of a lake or other body of water will vary with seasonal changes in precipitation and snow melt, it is not a significant flood unless such escapes of water endanger land areas used by man like a village, city or other inhabited area.Floods can also occur in rivers, when flow exceeds the capacity of the river channel, particularly at bends or meanders. Floods often cause damage to homes and businesses if they are placed in natural flood plains of rivers. That humans continue to inhabit areas threatened by flood damage is evidence that the perceived value of living near the water exceeds the cost of repeated periodic flooding.The word "flood" comes from the Old Englishflod, a word common to Germanic languages (compare German Flut, Dutch vloed from the same root as is seen in flow, float; also compare with Latin fluctus, flumen). Tsunami
A tsunami or tidal wave is a series of water waves caused by the displacement of a large volume of a body of water, usually an ocean, but can occur in large lakes. Tsunamis are a frequent occurrence in Japan; approximately 195 events have been recorded. Due to the immense volumes of water and energy involved, tsunamis can devastate coastal regions.Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions,landslides and other mass movements, meteorite ocean impacts or similar impact events, and other disturbances above or below water all have the potential to generate a tsunami.The Greek historian Thucydides was the first to relate tsunami to submarine earthquakes,but understanding of tsunami's nature remained slim until the 20th century and is the subject of ongoing research. Many early geological, geographical, and oceanographic texts refer to tsunamis as "seismic sea waves."Some meteorological conditions, such as deep depressions that cause tropical cyclones, can generate a storm surge, called a meteotsunami, which can raise tides several metres above normal levels. The displacement comes from low atmospheric pressure within the centre of the depression. As these storm surges reach shore, they may resemble tsunamis, inundating vast areas of land. Such a storm surge inundated Burma in May 2008.

Blizzards
A blizzard is a severe storm condition characterized by low temperatures, strong winds, and heavy snow. Many blizzards are in the Canadian region. By definition, the difference between blizzard and a snowstorm is the strength of the wind. Ground blizzards are a variation on the traditional blizzard, in that ground blizzards require high winds to stir up snow that has already fallen, rather than fresh snowfall. Regardless of the variety of blizzard, they can bring near-whiteout conditions, which restrict visibility to near zero. Blizzards have a negative impact on local economies and can paralyze regions for days at a time, particularly where snowfall is unusual or rare. The 1972 Iran blizzard, which caused approximately 4000 deaths, was the deadliest in recorded history.

WILDFIRES
A wildfire is any uncontrolled fire in combustible vegetation that occurs in the countryside or a wilderness area. Other names such as brush fire, bushfire, forest fire, grass fire, hill fire, peat fire, vegetation fire, veldfire and wildland fire may be used to describe the same phenomenon depending on the type of vegetation being burned. A wildfire differs from other fires by its extensive size, the speed at which it can spread out from its original source, its potential to change direction unexpectedly, and its ability to jump gaps such as roads, rivers and fire breaks. Wildfires are characterized in terms of the cause of ignition, their physical properties such as speed of propagation, the combustible material present, and the effect of weather on the fire.
Wildfires occur on every continent except Antarctica. Fossil records and human history contain accounts of wildfires, as wildfires can occur in periodic intervals. Wildfires can cause extensive damage, both to property and human life, but they also have various beneficial effects on wilderness areas. Some plant species depend on the effects of fire for growth and reproduction,although large wildfires may also have negative ecological effects.

26/11 Terror Attack - A Fearfull Attack Ever had !
Multiple sites in the Indian city of Mumbai were attacked with bombs and gunfire in a coordinated terror attack that began on November 26, 2008, and lasted for three days. The attacks killed 179 people, including at least 22 foreigners.CNN: Source: U.S. warned India about possible Mumbai attack (December 2, 2008)1 Over 300 injuries were reported. On March 23, 2009, the trial began for Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, the only gunman charged in the attacks. Kasab was captured during the attacks. Kasab did accept the government-provided lawyer, and indicated he had yet to receive any legal counsel. Indian authorities believe that the attackers entered Mumbai via the waterfront near the two hotels. Official Pakistani Involvement?
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, in a public statement made January 6, 2009, accused several official Pakistan agencies of supporting Lashkar-e-Taiba in the planning and execution of the Mumbai terrorist attacks. Singh inferred that their was enough concrete evidence to conclude that official Pakistani agencies had lent their support to the terrorist organization. On February 12, 2009, Pakistani government officials admitted that some of the planning of the attacks occurred on Pakistan's soil.
