A good leader must have knowledge to be able to control his followers. The followers will look up to him as they lack the knowledge possesses A well read, clever student will respect by his classmates as well as his teachers.
Just like kings and emperors where powerful due to the vastness of the armies, there weaponry and the strength of the armies, ordinary humans can also become powerful through hardwork, dedication, determination and an ambition to be powerful in the field they have skills and talent.
